Why can't a construction crew work on a new house, it should be pretty straightforward for them to keep their distance from each other, and disallow anyone who has symptoms. Offices and other busy workplaces can re-configure to provide more spacing, or go to 2 shifts to accomplish it, etc. Even restaurants could maybe open if tables were spread out, though that's trickier. Bars - no, cause the whole premise is face to face conversing. If every business and every person would practice social distancing, society could resume.
