It wasn’t pretty. In a game that looked to be dominated by the Pats only to watch them do everything they could do to give them game away, BB & Co. stood strong and did what they had to do to give the coach the 300th win that has been eluding him as of late. BB has gotten a lot of flak, deservedly so. Today however reminded many of what the man is capable of. Great win!

Well deserved he has stood the test of time, 49 years, not often does a coach in any sport last this long.

Many do not remember or conveniently forget the brouhaha by the press after when Bledsoe returned to the field after his injury, BB did not give the QB job back to him, he stuck with #12. This unleased a fury of negative press about how he lied to Bledsoe and Bledsoe was treated like some sort of god by the local scribes. BB stood fast, rightfully so..

Let us not forget there were more than a few fans critical of the move as well.

Most accomplished GM/coach in NFL history, besides George Halas.
