I genuinely don't know if he has done bad things or not but he seemed to be well liked by the community in Indy. Former players, coaches, and staff seemed to love the guy. He may have had his demons but I haven't heard anything about him being a bad guy.
Rampant drug use, DWIs, and deflategate just the tip of the iceberg

That 'co-ownership' thing is really popular with the league. Look how well it worked in TN. Bud Adams' family was on the verge of being forced to sell the team before Miss Amy won the power struggle and we've all seen how well that worked out. This should be fine, just fine. I mean, what could go wrong?

Yeah, I was thinking it's probably just a matter of time before one or two of the daughters want to cash out and then they're selling significant parts of the Colts to someone else.

But that could also be the case with the Krafts after Robert dies.

Junkies do too much damage in this world for me to feel any sympathy for them.

“Junkies” aren’t the only ones doing bad ****. Actually I’d go as far as saying that the general populace is just as bad when it comes to ****ing over your fellow man. Us humans are the worst.

Oh, that will go well... lmfao... guess they are hitting dad's "briefcase" already

That **** was divvied up years ago I bet. Real question is which one was the first to get dad’s stash?

Will he be buried in the trunk of his Mercedes? With a bag of Oxy, cash stash, and a pillow (otherwise known as Dead Hooker #1)?

I don't know man, I'm guessing the pimped out Chevy ragtop from his collection. Sure the Merc may have more class but the Chevy has more sass and a much bigger trunk for the cash, stash n ass. Priorities my Dude, priorities

This shows the problem with unreflective cynicism. We all do indeed walk on feet of clay, but some are worse than others, and cynicism, too unreflectively asserted, prevents us from seeing these distinctions. Humanity may be "the worst," but some of us are worse than others.

Best car I ever had was a '69 Impala: last year of the 327 c.i.

and some of are better than others.

have a nice day

Google is your friend.

It's crazy sometimes the **** people just memory-hole.
Sorry, but I am not doing the whole lazy "Google what I said to prove me right" nonsense. I know about the pills (the OD last year) and DWI, so it is clear he had substance abuse issues, but he has also donated tons of money back into his community. Irsay has donated millions to schools, children's hospitals, the YMCA, domestic abuse shelters, research centers, mental health orgs, and a zoo. The list goes on and on.

So yes, Irsay was a rich kid who inherited a team, had addiction issues, and got a DWI, but he also gave back millions, which is more than a lot of rich people do. So if him being a "bad" person is just being the owner of a rival team, then sorry, I am not going to dance on his grave.

I don't have sympathy for junkies either. That doesn't mean I am happy when they die though.
