The Chargers, Bears, and Steelers all have lost coordinators this offseason. Not to mention the coordinators the Pats have lost. Why is it that with the success the Colts have had in recent years that the coordinators don't leave?
Tom Moore has been there for ten years as the offensive coordinator and Ron Meeks has been there for six years as the defensive coordinator. I can understand Meeks not getting any offers, but why not Moore? Are these guys turning down offers or have they simply not been contacted? Or is it that they go into interviews but don't get hired?
What's the story?
Usually when a team has success, the coordinators are hired up as head coaches seemingly regardless. Let's email Al Davis to interview Tom Moore.
