Colts Coach Chuck Pagano ‘Supremely confident’ about Week 6 Matchup with Patriots

There pass rush is no existent. Hoyer had all day and was carving them up. I cannot see how they stop Brady.
Hoyer was also doing it with one WR who is league average or better (although Vontae Davis was less than 100%). Watching the Colts this year hasn't been impressive, this should be an easy win. I'd open up passing to loosen them up then we'll be able to take what we want.

I hope Gronk and a few guys huddle together, point upwards, & collectively laugh at the AFC Finalist banner after a TD

Better yet, I hope Belichick slips it into one of his pressers next week.

"Indy is a great team. They were AFC Finalists last year, they have a ton of talent, good coaching."

Will be very interesting to see, actually. Their run D does seem much improved over last season.

Their pass D was atrocious last night.

Their pass D was atrocious last night.

Houston's last TD was to a receiver all alone in the endzone. Looked like Davis failed to pick him up. Davis used to be pretty good, so I am not sure what happened there.

In fairness, Colts have a few things going for them:
- 2 extra days rest;
- Patriots playing back to back road games;
- the league is proactively trying to screw us.

It remains to be seen if this is enough to overcome the fact that . . . the Colts suck out loud.

Because one thing you always get from the Colts is honesty.

(I know we don't have that emoticon anymore)

I can't remember having "supreme confidence" about anything, let alone dealing with someone about to walk into my house and eat my lunch.

Michael Milken would be very proud of this false proclamation of being highly confident. I'm supremely confident that Drexel Burnham Lambert was a more ethical and virtuous organization than the Colts are now.

There is nothing wrong with Pagano's comment. I would expect that in any coach. I want our guys to crush them but I think we have become so sensitive to everything anyone says it is getting a little bit out of control. Not just us Pats fans but all fans collectively.
