The 28-year-old Lemon, who completed 23-of-39 passes for 315 yards, one touchdown and on interceptions, is the first Dolphin player to receive the honor since wide receiver Chris Chambers back in Week 13 of the 2005 season and he is the first quarterback to do so since Jay Fiedler in Week 13 of the 2003 season.

He was probably 1000-1 to win one of these before the season started.

Have to say when I saw the thread title the first thing I did was laugh. Not that he didn't deserve it, I just thought it was funny.

Jamal Lewis and Big Ben are both more deserving.

Hell has officially frozen over.

Just kidding, he played well. I guess Brady had to let someone else get an award.

Huh. Slow week.
