He’s not what he was but he’s not awful. He can still fill a role. It’s probably a cap-space clearing move too, too an extent (I would guess).

One has to assume Dugger will need an entire year- maybe three to get to Chung's level of understanding/anticipation in his defense.

...and coming from a D2 school and joining the NEP is like going from 4th grade to high school.
