I don't know why we wanted him after the way it ended in Pittsburgh.
There weren't great options in free agency last year, but after we signed Chuks, we passed on everyone else, like, "No thanks, we're all set with Chuks!"
He has some level of talent but the attitude stuff is the problem.
This is what happens when your coaching staff is all a bunch of first-timers with no connections. The front office grades the ability but can't always grade the maturity. That is when they lean on their coaching staff, where either someone on-staff has worked with the player at some point or has connections to someone who has worked with the player, and can get an idea on what kinda guy they are. No ability for Wolf to do that last year. I'm sure all he had to go off of was whatever the media reported about the guy's Pitt days.
OT is a tough position to fill in the NFL and he's got a track record with some level of success there. I'm sure he'll keep getting chances. It failed miserably here though so happy to see him officially gone now. I thought he was already gone though lol
