Everyone in the media is whining about that hit from Chancellor on Edelman and if Edelman was concussed.

Rewatch that play and you'll see that Chancellor was the one who was actually CLEARLY concussed. Dude got up and didnt know where he was and stopped running after Julian.

So the real question is did Chancellor pass a concussion test??
