Wasn't a distraction vs the Chiefs ... doubt it will be now.
He wants a ring as our in training DC and there is a bond
with the players I am sure he wants it more for them than himself.
Are you refering to Flores or Oshea?
In training DC?
As far as Flores and Oshea im sure they would love to take superbowl rings to the Dolphins.
You never know though you sign with the enemy.
Who knows how much you still care about the team.
I dont like it and wish all head coach interviews would start after the complete end of the season.

Got a friend who is a fins fan and pats hater ,... his brain must be doing schizoid spasms at the prospect of pats coaches joining them..

Sorry to be rude but that part of the quote is a load of crap and insulting to them.

I doubt O'Shea feels anything different.

Tuna leaving was definitely a screw job ... he didn't seem focused
which the players and fans absolutely did not deserve ... his gripe was elsewhere.

It was a definite distraction for the players and for the Coaching staff as well.. are real "Tuna lowlight"...

From PFT... sounds pretty definitive to me unless they are just throwing crap against the wall and seeing what sticks, it has been said that BB has a plan for everything and everyone.. so I have faith.

The Dolphins also have hired Jim Caldwell as assistant head coach/quarterbacks, Patrick Graham as defensive coordinator and Patriots receivers coach Chad O’Shea as offensive coordinator.
