I wouldn't know, or care. I haven't paid the least attention to the NBA in over twenty years: lousy basketball played by malignant narcissists impossible to root for. In following the Pats you just accidentally run into Mazzoula's childish ******** from time to time. Every so often I go to a local high school game. The skills aren't as good, of course, but the games are legit, and the players don't have their heads up their asses. That's as may be, but the league confirmed he was right.
You haven't paid attention to the NBA in over 20 years but you pay enough attention to post about a successful young coach who you've deemed 'maybe the worst *******' in sports. Get a freaking grip.I wouldn't know, or care. I haven't paid the least attention to the NBA in over twenty years: lousy basketball played by malignant narcissists impossible to root for. Probably click bait of outrageous trades that are always floated out thereI tied a plastic bag over my head but then saw this is a joke. The bag was clear, fortunately.
Okongwu would be my 1st choice. He's come into his own this year. I don't see why Atlanta would trade him.
Zubac and Claxton are next.
Gafford is the easiest to trade for. C's wouldn't have to trade much for him but with AD and Lively out for the season, do they want to go real small for the rest of the season?
I love this move.Pretty impressive move by Stevens
Basically he swapped out Simons for Nikola Vucevic and they swapped 2nd round picks too
Both are on expiring contracts but Stevens added 17 points and 9 rebounds a game, knowing that Tatum is hopefully poised to come in and take Simons minutes.
He's not the tallest C but he sure seems to play big grabbing those rebounds and points in the paint - though he's not a bad 3pt shooter either.
While I think the owners are zen with paying luxury tax, they might not yet be done though I'd just see more moves as cutting some salary if they can (Boucher or Tillman don't do anything for us so who knows, maybe Stevens will package them up and get out of the "repeater" category on the luxury tax
Which is why I think there could be another move - I'm not sure how the Porzingis trade exception impacts their luxury tax as they may have shed a few more millionIt is only Tuesday and the deadline is Thursday, so they must have liked the trade to complete a few days early.
