Maroney definately shook his hips a little. Ultimately, the penalty meant nothing because that would have been a return for a touchdown if the guy had to run another 200 yards. No one was near him.
I'm wondering if someone can go back and verify this:
It appeared to me that the ref in question already had his hand on his flag and was prepared to throw it after the touchdown and was just waiting for a patriots player to sneeze to have reason to throw a 15 yard penalty.
For some reason this year, the endzone refs this year have been unusually harsh on the penalties whenever Randy Moss is involved. (Even though it was on Maroney).
