CBS Scene on Game Day

I'm on my way to New England from California without tickets. I've been on Ticket Exchange all week but have not had any luck yet. I'm still considering coming to Gillette to tailgate with friends and the off chance a pair of tickets is available at the last minute but if that doesn't happen I was wondering about watching the game at CBS Scene. Do you need reservations? or have to get in line early? Are there other places in Patriot Place with TVs to watch that game at?
