Can't get any videos to play on Patriots.com [teamsite]

Apparently it's just Firefox and I see no solution on their forum yet. If you use Firefox and know, that would be great, otherwise I'll keep bothering them some time ans watch with chrome. Thanks if you have a suggestion, though.

i'm using firefox and it works fine for me. it used to be that if i tried in incognito mode and/or with an ad blocker, it wouldn't play. but i just tried it with both and it worked. i'm using firefox 62.0 on ubuntu.

same here, I used to have issues. Now all the videos play fine on all team sites that uses this system.

I can hear the audio from videos but the videos just show a picture. Videos play fine in Opera.

Problem solved! I have an add on that prevents videos from automatically loading (sometimes). unchecked it and good to go.
