I'd also add that one of BB's primary criteria is a player who loves the game, can't get enough of it and makes sacrifices to be part of it. I wouldn't exactly put Pacman in the top 10% (or even the top 90%) of desirable players under that definition.

That's a lot more to building a team than finding a specific skill on the football field.
