Can a player still practice if put on the IR?

I only ask because there are a few WR that I like on day 2 that could have that mysterious injury after the pre-season, but I wouldn't want them to lose the development if they couldn't practice with the team after being put on IR.

No, they attend team meetings and rehab...though there's nothing saying one of the trainers can't have them running pass routes and working with the jugs for rehab.
