Great win last night. Not Perfect but couldn't have asked for a better performance and the talk about it will fill the next few days. This is a thread to take a break from that and talk about things you want the team to accomplish in the bye week. Players who will get healthy and their impact or just areas to improve. Was tempted to make an Indy thread but just way to early as Indy still has 2 games to play before they play the Patriots and the view of them will be different after them in some way I'm sure.

My main point are of course get healthy. Find out where Siliga and Jones are in their recoveries. Also A lot of people would say the Run offense needs improve and I would agree. Also I would look to improve and figure out the following

#1 How do they get Wright more involved. Amendola is still ahead of him for some reason and took what I think should have rightfully been a lot of his snaps this game. Wright should be poised to have a bigger 2nd half of the year.

#2 Figure out CB depth and stick with it. Right now it looks like Revis/Browner are full timers. Arrington/Butler are match up based. That is fine by me. I just want them to find something and stick with it to give them continuity. People wondering why not Dennard/Ryan are missing the point here I think. As long as Butler plays well I have no complaints I just want them to stick with something.

#3 Who is the DT besides Wilfork? It might be Easley when Jones comes back but until then I would like to see someone take that spot. Maybe Siliga can and use Jones 3rd and long situations. I just want to see something solidified as oppose to it being so piece meal.

I know it is nitpicky but hard to harp on a lot after a win like that. Just some thoughts to start this thread off though.

Would love to see Dobson or Syms become useful. Either one.

Let's see if Alan Branch can return to form. That would be HUGE going forward.

Regarding Chandler Jones, them playing well and winning without him bodes very well. He won't be gassed come playoff time. Sometimes injuries like this, as long as they're not season-ending, can work in a team's fave (the Ravens a couple of years ago, for example).

the primary things they should work on are

1.) get branch up to speed and ready to start

2.)get gray more involved and prepared so that he can be in during the hurry up offense more often. the more brady can get some legitimate play action passes the better the offensive line will look.

Goals for the Bye:

Integrate Branch, Ayers, and Casillas into the defense, so they know their roles within the playbook when called upon.

Let Gray work with the OL on finding holes and blitz pick-up. Develop Gray as the short yardage back, over Vereen.

Work with Dobson & Tyms, get them some reps.

Film on Indy & advance scouting on Detroit & Green Bay.
Self-scouting, especially KC and NYJ. Miami was a pretty different team.

Would like to see Dobson getting more snaps, too soon to give up on a 2nd round pick, if he's not there yet, at least design a couple plays for him like the back shoulder throw, last season he caught 2 TD's that way if I recall correctly.
