Sell It'll be close but he'll Pull coverage again
Wheatley will have at least 3 INTs this year
Sell. I don't think he gets enough reps this year.
Mayo will be the starting ILB in Week 1.
Sell: while I am high on Mayo Bruschi, Hobson, and potentially Seau could be to much to pass that quickly.
Mayo will be Starter by week 8?
SELL. Starter doesn't mean much, really, other than "you're in on the first play of the game." I don't expect Mayo to start until Week 13 or so, though I do expect him to be in for ~50% of the snaps by then.
Anyhow . . .
Neither the JEST nor the 'lphins will exceed .500 this season.
Buy. Jets might come close to 8-8, but 9-7 is a stretch.
Bills will make the playoffs as a wild card.
Buy. I don't see why not. Trent Edwards did good as a caretaker of the offense last year and that defense is borderline nasty now. Plus, they added another receiver in the draft to offset defenses keying in on Lee Evans and, to a lesser extent, Roscoe Parrish.
New England's defense will be in the top two in the rankings next year.

Buy. I think we're top 2 in scoring defense. Total defense? Don't care.
Jacksonville finally overtakes Indy in the AFC South.
Sell. I can't validate that opinion, just have a feeling they're going to be a 11-5 or a 12-4 team again this year.
Thomas has >10 sacks this season.
Chad Jackson has 30+ catches. (Can't believe it took this long to get to the divisive CJax )
Buy. Was about to Sell, based on history of NE LBs and sacks, when I realized Vrable had 12 last season.

Buy. The team needs to replace Stallworth's contribution (46 receptions) this season, and I think they work Jackson into the offense enough for him to have decent success. I think he plays well as a pseudo-3rd receiver and shows improvement as the season progresses.
(I'll try this again, as I got skipped over last time): Wes Welker will once again rank top-5 in the league in receptions, after tying for 1st in 2007.
Buy. Definately an easy buy.
Jerod Mayo will lead the team in tackles for the second half of the season.
Sell. Mayo won't lead in either half of the season..Buy. Definately an easy buy.
Jerod Mayo will lead the team in tackles for the second half of the season.
Buy But let's be more specific than that.Sell. I think he'll be up there for the second half of the season but he is in for a huge learning curve (which he is supposedly doing well on) for his rookie year. I think he'll lead the team in tackles for the entirety of the 2009 season, with good health.
Kelly Washington will work his way into the receiving corps in 2008.
Sell. Barring injury he probably won't have any.
Pats go undefeated in AFC East again.
