Broncos won't look to Manning if they need a Hail Mary

Not sure what people are talking about with that crisp, tight spiral he "used" to have. He has always thrown some pretty wobbly ducks (and Eli has too, for that matter).

He set expectations too high for himself by having a pretty good week 1. He has a lot of work to do to come back from a year off and a major injury. He'll have more quarters like the 1st last week, but I'd be exceedingly hesistant to write him off, or "feel sorry" for him...

There is a HUGE noticeable difference in some of his throws. The Pittsburgh D didn't challenge him to make the difficult throw;hence, he looked better than he actually was. He looks as if he aged 3-5 years since 2010. I just don't see how they will keep him the length of that contract. Huge risk....

It's a non-story. If Osweiler has a bigger arm then what's the difference where replacing skill position personnel better suited to a Hail Mary?
