Bring On Indy

You don't think the Ravens are a quality, physical team?

QB12

They are 4-4. I can't really call that quality at this time. You are, of course, welcome to come to a different conclusion on that front.

It's really frustrating watching Colts games, how in the hell can they get away with so many penalties? Why wasn't there a roughing the passer penalty called when Session, I believe, picked off Schaub? You can clearly see Schaub getting whacked in the head by a Colts player as he tried to get rid of the ball. And where was the flag for the Colts player as he held the player on the ground, slapping at the ball after the whistle, while the Texans were trying to get to the line? WTF is wrong with these damned refs in that god aweful sh!t hole of a stadium? The only ref crew that wasn't afraid to call penalties against them was Hochuli's crew. Maybe they were fined after the game and a memo was issued to all other crews.

I hear ya. The officiating is the main concern I have going into next week's game. I don't understand why nobody else talks about this in the league. I just hope to see a fairly officiated game next weekend. Too many times since the 2003 AFCCG the refs have favored the Colts. The Colts need the refs on their side to win games.

I would like to see more passes defended, like Bodden's would-be interception that Best broke up at the end. We have to show that on 3 & 6, we can lock down, breakup the pass, and get off the field. That's what it will take to beat Indy.

You guys want to play the woulda, coulda, shoulda game? If you want to include the 4-4 Ravens, can I include the 4-4 Jets & 4-4 Jaguars?

PS: Cards were 1-1 at the time. And before you go there, you're not allowed to talk up the Ravens for beating the Chiefs & Browns.

we've scored more points against better opponents. and you've allowed 7 fewer points than we did but it was against weaker teams.

OK, it's clear we have someone who doesn't understand records, at the time the Pats played the Ravens, they were guess what, undefeated. What the Ravens record is now, is irrelevent, the Patriots already played them.

PS: Who the f*ck are you to tell me who or what I can or can't talk about?

how bout if we go to the point where the ravens dismantled a 7-1 broncos team?

you people have to be nuts talking sh*t right now. um did you watch the same game i did? sloppy execution in the red zone and tons of open space for recievers in the middle of the field, spotty pass rush, and a lot of stalled drives.

indy is clearly the favorite to win this game. it's in their dome, it will be loud, and indy is rolling. i don't care about "close" wins. did any of you watch our 2007 season? there were three or four games there that we could have lost on the way to the perfect season. at the end it's about winning, period. indy has done that and the patriots aren't looking like a dominating team.

i expect a good game and i know the pats could win, but i wouldn't engage in sh*t talking too much cause it's not that unlikely you'll be eating those words next week. even in 2007 when we were dominating teams they almost beat us. this team plays us well, so get ready for a very hard game that could go either way. i'm nervous.

Very much agreed, although I am sure we'll be in the minority.

Indy could very well carve us up in many ways--don't mean to be pessimistic.

He conveniently chose to ignore that in order to further his argument.

I hope they got the CD player fixed, or replaced it with a new one- it was annoying to hear the crowd noise stutter on that skipping CD you had a few years back.

This argument is pointless. We are going to lose at Indy. The refs / Pats' coaches / stadium / NFL gods will ensure it. If none of those do the trick, Bill Polian (the NFL's resident con artist) will persuade Brother Goodell to change some rules mid-game in order to favor his baby-faced QB.

We'll lose. It just happens, always, and every time the reasons are a load of utter bull****.

today was a good win they got a 2 game lead in the AFC east and there is still hope of geting a first round by

and at 3-5 the fish are pretty much done

so all in all it was a good day

but the colts are not the fish they had 2 week's to get redy for the fish and had them at home

the pats still dont have a passrush and they will not have one this season they had to bring the house like 5 time's and they still only got one sack out of it

if they did that vs payton manning and they wont he would have 5 TD's

get redy for the bend but don't break defense again from the pats this week

brady will have to come up big and they cant turn the ball over if they wanna win in indy

Yeah, lots of improvements need to be made to be considered an 'elite' team, although if we can play the kind of ball that the team is capable of--we have a shot of course.

I'm certainly not going to talk any smack though, that's for sure.

Grizzafted is a Pats fan, Psycho.

He's just giving a more reserved, cautious view of things--frankly, I tend to agree with a lot of what he said. I'm not sure we're 'there' just yet, although we certainly have the capability to play very well. Just have to live up to that capability, that's all.

Let's face it. Indy is the luckiest team in the league. They have been all year, today's game being a great example.

And when their luck runs out, they can consistently rely on bad officiating to help them out. It's uncanny.

that 05 playoff game against the steelers....u really have to wonder if there was inside work on that one by the officals.

Misread it. my apologies.

13 penalties in one game?? HOLY COW. That can be 3-4 games for one team. Colts certainly get the help they need to win games. Troy Polamalu knows about this better than anyone.

i just can't understand how after watching us get carved up at home by a 3-4 team, we're out here engaging in smack talk with the fans of an 8-0 team that managed to pull a 3 point win out over a 5-3 division rival playing their biggest game ever. the colts deserve respect.

i think it's totally possible that we'll win that game. twist my arm and i'll tell you that i would guess we will take it; we need it more and i think the team will play better under the lights than it did today. it's going to have to play the best game of the season or it could get ugly, because the truth is when we're looking at TBC as our pass-rushing high water mark with his 3 sacks this year, we are going to be in trouble when manning has the ball. i mean maroney and the secondary are going to need to have the best games of their careers, all of them, because if we can't get heat on Manning and he has the ball often, he'll completely carve us up.

Next week, Colts fans will be saying "We didn't want to go undefeated anyway. Remember the pressure the Patriots had in 2007. I'm glad we lost one early."

Colts have no run defense, secondary, or running game, and Colts fans are the first to admit it.

This is very ironic........ the PATS now get the opportunity to end the streak.

This is like Hollywood man...... Will Brady keep getting better?

Nope, next week the Colts fans will be lining up to kiss the feet of the officiating crew.
