I've always liked the Pat Patriot uniforms. When they first changed to the Flying Elvis in '93 I really didn't like it. It took me a long time to get used to Flying Elvis and new uniforms. Not to mention the tweaks they kept making until they settled on the navy blue jerseys in 2000.

I'm fine seeing the old Pat Patriot uniforms twice a year.

Never did like the silver jerseys; they look OK in person but they look awful on TV, (although they don't look bad in Madden).

The 2009 version was not an alternate, rather a commemorative uniform worn in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the AFL. It was a one-season thing with teams having approved uniforms for designated games (like those NYJ ones mentioned in the original post). The ones we wore this season have replaced the silvers as our alternate jersey and can be worn two times a season. I believe they will keep that uniform as an alternate option for the near future. Usually in the summer, they leak what two games the third jerseys will be worn for.

They should wear the white pat the patriot with red pants for one of the two alternate jersey games.

THIS is what the alternate uniform should be, a nice combination of the new uniforms and the throwbacks. I had Fraser Davidson put my ideas to paper, pretty awesome, eh? Anyway, I sent it to Robert Kraft and it was returned, apparently the Patriots don't accept ANY outside ideas.

I'm a fan of the throwback jerseys. Except for Tampa Bay's, with that disgusting orange color.

as long as the throwback helmet isnt used.

Pat is seriously the ugliest logo known to the NFL.

Sorry, but I'd return it too. Looks like it was designed for Arena League or Roller Derby. The Patriots wearing red jerseys is just wrong. :bricks:

You mean like they did for most of their existence? You're right, Brady would look horrible in red

seems that the Buffalo Bills will change uniforms for 2011 season

The flying Elvis draped over the shoulder pads and the jersey numbers outlined in red and blue was an awesome uniform in the mid 90s
