Based on what went down this off season with others my guess is that he is reinstated after a 4 to 6 game suspension. If he can somehow pull things together and stay that way he'd be a huge addition and take what is now a perceived weakness into completely fine territory. But who knows - a lot of ifs and who knows with both him and Goodell.
