Gisele vs Adriana...aside from those long, lithe & gorgeous bodies...
Gisele has a very versatile look- those in the fashion industry often call her a chameleon. She’s not so “in your face” sexy... but then from certain angles- like over her shoulder- she can be breathtaking. Her ability to look sexy, simple, dramatic, man-eater, androgynous, untouchable, girl next door...etc etc, is why she became the highest paid model in the world. (Also because her work ethic & business acumen is reportedly second to none, but her looks obviously got her started) She can essentially give a photographer or designer whatever look they are aiming for.
Adriana on the other hand, has a pouty, sexy look, while beautiful, not very expressive or versatile- she mostly suits the pin-up girl stuff, Sports Illustrated, VS, not much high fashion.
Gisele is one of the few models who has successfully bridged the high fashion/swimsuit& lingerie modeling gap, not necessarily because she’s the most beautiful, but because her look & ability is unique.
