Bradley Fletcher benched; Coleman active

I don't know if Hooman is hurt or not (anybody know?), but Mike Williams has played 26.5 % of the snaps of the first two games to 15% for Hooman. It may just be that Williams has scooted up the depth chart to #3 TE.
I think that and they may run more. Williams is 300lb TE.

Fletcher being inactive is not a bad thing in the slightest. Excited to see what Coleman shows in the playing time he gets

Agreed. I have no idea if Coleman will be good or not, count me as healthily skeptical. But he borderline can't be worse than Fletcher.

I hope so. They have brought in three players that were primary run blocking specialists in college: Williams, Mason, and Jackson. Two others, Stork and Fleming, are big guys who could also be good run blockers. I hope this is all part of the plan to improve the run game.

Think of how much easier it would be for Brady if the Patriots had a run game similar to what Rodgers enjoys at Green Bay?

@MikeReiss: Snap-count analysis: Rookie CB Justin Coleman (42 snaps) does his part as No. 3 option; WR Keshawn Martin chips in. http://t.co/Iprc25CRDm

Did Coleman do enough to leapfrog Fletcher? He was 2/4 57 yards.
