I think Tebucky at LB might be worth thinking about too. Passing downs only. He's on the line on third and long. Is he blitzing, or in coverage ? It would be a difficult read.

Interesting. I wonder how well ST gunner abilities translate into outside pass rushing potential. Both involve getting up the field in a hurry.

I couldn't have less of a problem with Hobbs's comments. There is, IMO, NO WAY Warfield took that badly. If he does, he needs to leave. Belichick, I'm sure, loves Hobbs. He doesn't have a bad attitude, he has, simply, an attitude. I, for one, welcome this - I think, first of all, he's just talking smack and having fun. Secondly, I think it shows a confidence that will be infectious and will serve him well. The guy was Captain in college, he's a good kid. Let's see where he leads us. That secondary needs leaders.

TBKY at OLB, interesting.

I'll bet it was when they were in the 4-3.

The Patriots.com site claims he was showing leadership, so I guess that's that!

The reason I question Hobb's maturity and leadership has more to do with him personally being left on the bench for so long last year, partly because he 'disrespected' Belichick's system.

In this case, I'm sure it was a well intended joke. I just was wondering out loud about Hobb's 'leadership' a little bit....

I'm sure he will get the competitive juices flowing, i just thought that calling him a 'leader' is a little pre-mature based on a joke.

I'll stop beating a dead horse now!
What is your source for Hobbs sitting the bench because he 'disrespected' BB's system?
