Saw this on PFT this morning and went to the original source.
USA TODAY Sports NFL agent poll: Redskins, Bruce Allen get low marks on preparedness, trust

Key findings:

- Belichick was ranked #2 among agents as the "most respected" executives to work with (behind Ozzie Newsome #1) and the Patriots were ranked the #3 "most prepared" team when it comes to negotiations
- No big surprises for the "least trustworthy" - Bruce Allen, Mike Tannenbaum, John Elway, Mike Brown
- The "least prepared" for negotiations reads like a who's-who of bad franchises
- Agents dislike union chief DeMaurice Smith

This partly explains why the Pats are able to get so many of the top undrafted free agents each year, as agents will be more likely to steer someone with a choice towards someone they trust.

Why wouldn't agents love working with Ozzie....a GM that agreed to pay Joe Freakin Flacco a max QB contract

Unfortunately, according to another USA Today article on this poll, Belichick was one of 3 people that got votes for "Least trusted" as well as "Most respect".

Edited to remove "several"

Can you put up a link for that? I followed each of the links at USA Today and did not see that Belichick got 'several' votes for least trusted, only that he was named in both categories. The closest I found was 'Belichick was one of three names (including Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Browns GM John Dorsey) named for both “most respect” and “least trusted” ' found here: What USA TODAY Sports' poll of NFL agents revealed about Bill Belichick, Bruce Allen and more

And they're saying he's a douche....
I can't wait till the new season starts.

About 35 years ago, Howard Cosell won two polls taken simultaneously, for "favorite broadcaster" and for "least favorite broadcaster".

Not surprising....BB be like, "It is what it is" and folks be knowing where they stand.

Why is Mike Tanenbaum on the “least trusted” list? All he does is throw money at guys who don’t really deserve it. I would’ve thought he’d be an agents best friend.
