Bill Belichick on Inside the NFL

It was a treat to see Bill Belichick on Inside the NFL tonight with Charles Barkley and Chris Collinsworth. Someone will post a video later so I'll highlight a couple key points:

1. Bill Belichick and Charles Barley are good friends dating back to Belichick's time in Cleveland. Belichick said "For a guy to be only 6'4 and lead the NBA in rebounds is remarkable. That's a true competitor.", reminiscent of Belichick's respect for Wes Welker.

2. Belichick spoke very highly of Phil Simms and Chris Collinsworth. Said he'd tried to recruit Collinsworth to Navy.

3. Belichick did want to draft Warren Sapp in Cleveland that year, but was overruled by higher powers

4. Bill Belichick was asked what position he convert Charles Barkley too if he were to become an NFL player.. Belichick's response was a Tight End lol. "Good Hands, Good Size, Smart Player, etc" was Belichick's reasons

5. Bill thinks our victory over Dallas as a good tough win for the team. "We hadn't had one of those in a while".

6. Bill thinks in a race between Sapp, Simms, Barkley, and Collinsworth...Chris wins easily lol
