Good god hes insane. 11 TD's and 0 picks in the last 2 games, and he may throw more.

Antonio Brown is pretty damn scary as well. He may be better than TY Hilton

Let's not go overboard. Roethlisberger is having a great two game stretch, but he is also capable going back to being his own bonehead self. He is a lot more Jeckyl and Hyde than Manning.

Peyton sexually assaulted someone too.

Big Ben is just better at it, like playing QB

12 in 2 games, has to be a record.

That's an idiotic thing to say we hate Peyton yeah but he's a way better QB than Big Ben

Brady had a similar stretch in 07

Yup he had 5 TDs vs Dallas and then followed up by a 6 TD game vs LOLphins.

I was actually at the Dallas game. That team was FUN to watch

Way better, uhhh no.

Let me ask you a question. Do you really think the Colts offense would be ranked at number 1 with Peyton as QB? no

Luck >>>>> Peyton right now

A devil's advocate could make a strong case that isn't necessarily true.
A few things:

1. Pittsburgh's offensive line has been hot garbage a long time. Peyton would get destroyed behind it and be utterly worthless. Everything needs to always be perfect for Princess Peyton. Even the scoreboard operator

2. I'm a Steeler hater supreme, but unlike their wretched fan base, I can give some credit where it's due. Ben has shown up in big games, and has a 2 minute drill Superbowl comeback win under his belt.
He's also on a list of 4 with Brady for achieving 100 wins in 150 starts.

He may not have the flashy paint job that the Peyton model allegedly comes with, but I'd say he has it more when it counts.

If I was building a team, and my goal was to win real football instead of fantasy football in October, I'd put real consideration into taking Ben over Peyton, especially if he came 6 million a year cheaper.

Intangibles are real, and they matter.

Ben and the Steelers are way too unpredictable

They could lose to the Jests next week and I wouldn't be surprised one bit

I have to admit, Pittsburgh probably is the third team in the AFC right now. While inconsistent, they are scary when they're on a roll.

Well, obviously one has more rings than the other. But in most other ways, I think you would have a hard time making this case. It would be interesting to read if you actually did back up your OP with data.

I'm a big admirer of Roethlisberger, in terms of his QB play. For years, I've been saying that he's in the elite group with Brady, Peyton, Brees and Rodgers. But better than Peyton? That's a bridge too far.
