In my opinion trading Deion to the Jets for a draft pick-whether it is a second round or first round pick is better than dealing with seattle-unless Seattle deals us a #1 - Even though the Jets are a division opponent I would think that they will be at least 8 games worse than the Seahawks will be by the time the regular season ends - (my predicted records of these teams -Seahawks 12-4 Jets 4-12) - Thus we can get one of the top 6 picks instead of a lower one regardless what round we get in trade....After all most of us think Deion is an above average receiver but NOT an ELITE one so to think that dealing him to the Jets turns their fortunes around anytime sooner than 3 years (which I think it would take that team to do so) is a bit foolish and won't make a difference of final score or season win total-after all he is no QB nor a gamebreaker for at least most games I have seen him in (when he is not injured-that is) - Bottom line is Tom Brady has made Givens and Deion what they are today...above average receivers-not elite ones..What will they be without him throwing the ball? - The Titans & Seahawks/Jets will soon see that neither guy makes that much of a difference in the season-Personally I think it has gone way too far and way too many bad feelings between the parties to get Deion back on this team and in my opinion,it really won't cost us any games-Brady will get it done no matter who is out there-as long as the WR or TE we have get the routes done right. I think 11-5 sounds like our season total record-with or without a top WR.....
