Best Patriots Moment Since 07 Wk17 Brady-Moss TD...

I disagree. That's not Brady and BB.

I guarantee you Brady was obsessed with beating Miami on the road and getting the divisional step-up 500 times more than the 100 game milestone.

IMO, that was emotion over winning a big game when much of the world was dissing the team during the week.

Look historically back at those two. The personal accomplishments, they never really made any big demonstrations about - - the 50th TD pass, the 100th win as a NE coach, the win the day after BB's dad died etc. These two never make it about themselves.

Anyone who has followed these two over the years knows that when you see them celebrating on a field it is always from a team win - - watch the DVDs of BB in 2001, 2003, 2004 - - BB celebrates on the sidelines when there is a TEAM performance, same with Brady - - his biggest demonstrations are always for the win. Honestly, have never seen him demonstrate after a personal milestone.

Damned RIGHT.

Anyone thinking that Brady and Belichick give a rat's @$$ about that garbage...haven't been paying attention, the last 10 years.

You don't think Brady was pumped about the 100 wins in addition to the slaying of the Fins?

Have you seen any of the locker room stuff from any of the Super Bowl year DVDs? These guys don't talk about records to the media but you know they're aware and proud of their accomplishments. The 100th win definitely added to the fire of the celebration.

Was seeing Brady after his second knee fired up, spouting off like a mad man and his embrace with BB as he came to the sideline. I just got serious goosebumps watching a replay of that. Anyone have pics or youtube of it?

It was a truly awesome moment. The fact that it was win #100 for those two together made it even more meaningful, at least for us fans.

That said, a few moments between this and that incredible 2007 Week 17 game worthy of note:

- Brady's epic comeback vs. Buffalo in Week 1, his first game back from injury
- Cassel leading the team to victory just days after losing his father
- Cassel's ridiculous pass to Moss to force OT against the Jets. Even though we lost the game, that was friggin clutch.

No. Not until after getting out of the lockerroom, perhaps.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners focus on the job at hand.

So I recommend you watch the much larger and more publicized record breaker in 2007 of the 50th TD throw. Watch his reaction and what his mind was on at that moment.

I guarantee you that Brady just wants that next Super Bowl Ring.

Let's put it this way - - if someone told him that if he lost the next 8 games (putting him out of contention for this 100 game record) he would be guaranteed to win this year's Super Bowl (I know, I know, 7-9 would probably not even get to the playoffs, but it's just a hypothetical), Brady would take that in a millisecond.

He'll be far better remembered for how many SB's he won than this nice record........and he knows it. THAT is his obsession. Bart Starr is far better remembered than Dan Fouts.

That was a fantastic win for MC!

And I don't think I will get bored of that Brady video

Beautifull.

...or Dan Marino, for that matter, at least by those of us who understand the difference between a great Passer...and a great QuarterBack.

The game wasn't over in 07 when he and Moss broke the record. These guys aren't robots and their accomplishments are important to them.

Of course the Super Bowl is Brady's ultimate goal. That was never in question.
