BenJarvus fumbled

looks like the decision to not keep 'law firm' was a wise one. Hes rushing for 3.5ypc, and hes fumbled 3 times (losing 2 of them). ridley is going for 4.6 ypc and has fumble once (not lost).

ridley is also much more explosive and can get chunk yardage that BJGE rarely did.
while bolden obviously has a smaller sample size to work with...even he seems to be a better option than BJGE would be now...

Two lost fumbles in the last two games for BJGE.

Even though the game didn't count, he lost a fumble vs. the Bengals in a preseason game a few years ago. Must be something about those tiger stripes that brings out the butterfingers in him.

Probably an aberration, just like Ridley's fumbles were last year. Fumbles happen rarely enough that it's tempting to read a lot into it if a guy has two in a short period, but BJGE's last few weeks are all the proof you need that it's a fool's errand to do that. Some guys are better at protecting the ball than others, and BJGE is one of the very best of them. But **** still happens sometimes.

Sometimes fumbles happen, and sometimes they happen close together. Doesn't necessarily make a player fumble-prone. I wish that Patriots fans collectively had understood that last season, could have saved a half-dozen threads of doom and gloom over Ridley's nonexistent "fumbling problem"

Spot on.
BJGE was a great contributor here. I wish him the best. Every player has rough spots in his career. Brady has had 4 pick games. It's how Law Firm goes forward with this that counts. Kick ass BJGE!
