I love seeing the master explain the X's and O's:
Belichick Breakdown: Top Plays from Week 6

I learn so much from every explanation, it is awesome.

Hilarious when Belichick is like, "I'm not sure you really want to break out of coverage to go after Brady, he's not really much of a threat to run."

Thanks for sharing. I love to watch these weekly sessions when I can.

Brady's improvement with his footwork has been noticeable to me since the SB. The famous 4th quarter pass to Edelman where he avoids the pressure, steps up, and darts it to Jules is one of my favorite Tom Brady plays--ever.

Still needs to work on some of the touch on the longer balls at times though, as you can see on the pass to Martin shown in the breakdown.

Can never get enough of this stuff.. BB University.

"You might not want to come out of coverage on Tom. He's not that much of a threat to run." BB continues to poke the kitty kat that is Indianapolis..

Maybe we can do some aversion therapy(Clockwork Orange) to Kravitz and Doyel, force them to watch what a great coach does over and over and over and over.

It's a good example of what separates going on instinct, and having the awareness to disregard that instinct in some cases.. It feels like the LB just goes off his instincts there. An instinct that in many cases will be correct, you should not let the QB run free. But in this case it's bad to listen to that instinct. You should know that A: Brady is slow, so if he decides to actually run you can catch up to him before the goal line any way. And B: You cover the left side of the RB, the QB scrambles to the left. A good RB will therefor follow the QB towards the sideline to get open and stay in front of him. So if you go after the QB you leave your other LB buddy in a hell of a bad seat being on the wrong side of the one to cover.

The trade for Mike Williams is looking better and better. The benefits of having a 300lb TE.

Is it me of was BB especially critical of the Colts defenders?

"Adams was playing soft here"

'Toler wasn't in position for the tackle"

"Lowry can't make the tackle"

LOVE IT.

You have to love how Brady is extending plays. Early last season he was somewhat stationary and he mentioned that, I think, after the KC game. He mentioned how he needed to be better about moving around and using his legs more. And he certainly has. There were other factors after that game that improved the offense, but Brady has certainly elevated his game ever since by moving around more.

The only thing that scares me about that fact a bit is that he opens himself up to more forceful hits. That said, he's avoided them thus far and he's always known when the time is up and to make the throw. It really has helped the pass protection too.

He has a bit of a sixth sense in the pocket where he seems to feel the pressure coming. He always has. I guess he just picks things up in his peripheral vision really well.
