Been a couple years since I’ve gone to training camp- question

I’m planning on going tomorrow morning. With the heat, I’m leaning towards sitting on the hill over the bleachers
1. Can I bring bottled water?
2. Can I bring a folding chair for the hill? Or a blanket?

I have my routine down for actual games but don’t remember it for TC
