Just wanted to throw this out there.

Given that the offense is stacked talent wise, do you think that BB would have "lost" the jets game to ground the Pats a little bit and not get caught up in the "undefeated" season hype and bring back a little of the underdog talk?

Yes, I'm confident of exactly this. A Bill Belichick team cannot lose unless it is on purpose, except maybe to a team of 11 Ditkas.

Unfortunately, I have some bad news. I'm privy to the entire scheme. Belichick has told the guys that he intends to keep losing through 2012, in order to develop a dramatic level of overconfidence in the league and to set up the 2013 season. So, just be patient.
