Looks like he's got a bad case of hyperopia, which is treated with a positive-powered lens in your glasses. The higher the lenses go, the more magnified the eyes get, which in his case have been magnified quite a bit lol. I've seen him in some videos without the glasses and he looks like a normal dude... Maybe he should take his headshots with the eyewear off.
