I wonder why he spoke about teams wanting to trade back? He said the same thing on all access. Does he want to move up? The market is perfect for such a move. Everyone wants to move down the board if we are to believe any of it. The Patriots have 10 picks and Asante Samuel (perhaps) to bargin with. Would love to be a fly on the wall tomorrow.

Right - BB doesn't say such things without trying to send a message - not to us but to other team scouts - who trust me, are indeed monitoring the Boston media for insights into our draft moves and intentions

Frankly Patsfans is some pretty good one stop shopping if they are doing so

Drafting at 24 & 28 is preferable for a lot of teams over a top 10 pick for a lot of reasons - and BB has told them that they need to offer extra value this year if they want that to happen.

Everyone thinks BB wouldn't pull the trigger on it - but no one laments having Richard Seymour instead of two later 1st round draft choices around here so it could be a very good move for us if we can grab a sure thing elite player to solidify a position for years to come.
