Talk radio is supposed to get you riled up. Anger is addictive.

People who disagree light up the lines at the stations.

It's a con game, whether in politics or sports. It's anger-pornography, nothing more.

It's kind of like paying someone to whisper in your ear that your wife is cheating on you, your dad was the mailman, your son is on drugs, your daughter is sleeping around, etc.

Why people spend their time on things that are designed to get them riled up is beyond me.

Life is too short for such nonsense.
