His staffers.. had to ask for pay day loans and go fund me donations becuase they were making anything.
Embarrassing then he brought that 25 yld chick who he has so much in common with a $78,000 dollars car.

You can't even get your facts right.

When I want objective Patriot's analysis on how BB's tenure ended I don't ask the most biased BB hating poster on this site.
"BB hating" lol.

I say the coaching was a dumpster fire in the last couple of seasons (and roster building for a lot longer) because it was. Facts aren't "hating"....

Hmmm I wonder what was different starting in game 3 that completely changed the direction of that 2001 team....
A lot changed... not just the QB but largely the QB.

What changed for the 2022 Bucs that led them to a losing record... a head coaching change.

It's a team game.

You're clearly a hater.

You can't admit the collaboration even existed, so you're a agenda driven poster.

Bill had the final say as GM and HC regardless of what any collaboration's input might have been. They didn't replace him they supported him.

Bill was a great HC who became a lousy HC therefore he was let go. Not rocket science.

Does this sound like something that would be written about a team loaded with young talent?
I think it gets better going forward on Offense I like Wolf's begging.

The owner has final say genius, wrong again.

Signing every one of Bill's former players was a good start, having the 3rd overall pick was also a great start, having all of the coaches on the same page as the owner and head coach is best of all.

Wow really ?.. he has to know he's a sugar daddy for real.. he wouldn't even buy his staffers a 25 dollar bucket of KFC when they working 17 hours a day..

Bill wouldn't have resigned those players. Like Jules even said.. when it came time to pay bill used every against them.. wonder if rk should have done that with his 25 million..

Please... let's not go down the "what Bill wouldn't have done" road. It's garbage.

Bill made players some of the highest paid players in the NFL, give me a break.

I can't believe you wozzy.. you forgot the best QB of all time constantly took less than market rate for the '" good of the team ''. TB12 agreed to take less to retain deon... what happened? He took less to sign ty what happened? Willie? And so many others that left because frugal fanny bill didn't want to pay up!

Zappe did nothing in 2022 that Jones couldn't have done. He looked putrid in relief of Jones in 2023 and when he got his chance to start he was shut out by the worst defense in the league at home in 2023. No he was not far superior at anything. At best it was the exact same inept offense.

Not when it comes to the football operations. If Bill was the GM then the buck stopped with him for anything related to football ops. Unless you're saying Bill wasn't really the GM or head coach. That would be quite the take...
100% correct on everything you said!!!!

So did Bill leave them with the 3rd pick or did the front office? I mean he didn't select Mac or sign juju so....

The collaboration was responsible. I'm sure BB was responsible for some of the bad decisions along the way. You guys are the only one in denial the collaboration existed or had a hand in it even thought the owner announced it to the world in 2021.

From 2015-2013 Tom was among the highest paid player in football.

He took less from 2014-2019... that was a decision on his part so he could win rings. He went to 4 Super Bowls and won 3 of them, mission accomplished.

Crying about it now is nonsensical. Spreading the money out over the entire 53 man roster is how they stayed consistently good for two decades and didn't have peaks and valleys.

We aren't in denial at the very least. I agree with the collaboration. However so was Bill only GM in title only? I know full well the collaboration existed.. so ownership decided to overule Bill and instructed him to lose games? I remember rk at the ownership meetings saying he wast happy with the last few drafts.. Devin asiasi Dalton Keene... however Bill deserves credit for the defensive picks.

Hs contract was made of pixie dust with escalators and bonuses... TB12 even said he was all about the team.. as his career wore on he felt that the organization wasn't putting thier best effort to retain key players.. so he and people felt it was best to invest in his brand as he wasn't going to play forever.. so the equipment manager wasn't signing guys... I'm sorry bill wasn't.
