so, what if they start the rub down process with the balls at 11.5 PSI, knowing what they do will artificially raise it to 12.5 PSI for the ref test..but it will drop back to 11.5 for the game. Would this be illegal?..grey area?...or is Belichick saying they had no idea this rub down process did raise the PSI until they simulated?
