It seems as though they think they are good and believe in the **** Jauron system, I like the overall team speed on Defense... that is a good start, we will see 10 games into the season whether or not they can sustain what they are doing now.

Yeah, their D is still solid and they've even managed to add more depth with guys like Ko Simpson. I think Jauron has this team in the right direction. However, their Achilles Heel can be summed up in one word: Losman.

Let's just take a moment and reflect that the Bills turned down Matt Leinart in favor of a safety. Just a little point I'd be pondering right now if I were a Bills fan.

Great running back.

Fast, young defense.

Great special teams.

Most importantly, Jauron has them playing with a lot of heart and toughness. That goes a long way.

Yep, it's early yet but so far he looks like a great hire. I haven't seen a Bills team with grit and attitude in a while.
