I was recently reminded that Wilson played the first three games of 2006. Does anyone recall how well he did? Was he already hurting, or were they healthy games?

he saved some big plays ..2 big ones verse bills. 1 he made an open field t ackle verse McGahee and other he chased down McGahee on a shovel pass i believe. his coverage wasnt bad..i dont remember him getting beat but tackling wise he missed a few. he was solid..not spectacular.

What I was going to say. He was OK. He wasn't really getting burned in coverage but he took some bad angles on tackles and just wasn't the playmaker he was in 2003-2004.

Geno was playing SS while Rodney was being worked back into the swing of things at FS, he did okay, but in the box run stuffer isn't his strong suit.
