Absolutely he should be fined. And I was shocked that no penalty was called. It doesn't matter if it was the QB,RB, WR, TE, or anyone else "spearing" is illegal and should have been called.
Having said that, I thought that the roughing the passer call against JAX was bull**** along with the roughing the passer call againts the Patriots.
