Tis the season to start paying attention to College Hockey? Anyone else here follow the local schools?

Does anyone who has been paying attention this year know how does Hockey East compare to the leagues out west?

Hockey is an amazing sport,
and college hockey appeals to me far more than the NHL.

With all these sports channels out there, dying for "content"
i just wish there would be more tv coverage of college hockey.

It is remarkable and commendable that BC,
while refusing to shade or trim their academic standards,
can field highly competitive teams in football, basketball, and hockey.
