No

Sure, frequently

Yes, I'm all about consensus over accuracy. Just ask everyone.

Yes, but so does rampant stupidity.

Actually, I've given you a lot of slack because you're 'new'. A long time back, I was asked by Ian to take it easy on the rookies, so I do the best I can to do so.

I'm sure I've posted ridiculous things. My post count is far too high for me not to have done so. I expect that others have called me on it. If not, I likely pointed it out later myself or edited the post.

Really stupid takes
Horrible grammar
boring trolling poorly disguised as serious commentary
etc...

Obviously not, or you wouldn't still be posting the Arrington nonsense. I'm not even a big Arrington supporter and I still find your comments laughable.

So, exactly what will you say when/if he is released before the start of the 2012 season? Will you apologize to me for your offensive comments. I have my opinion on Arrington but never made any offensive comment to you, or anyone else who believes the opposite.

So, when he is released, and I believe that he will be, will you publicly apologize for your personal offensive comments? Just asking.

And, out of curiosity, why should you have to be told to take it easy on the rookies? Why not enter into debate on the topic instead of being offensive and initiate name calling?

Apparently you still believe that because you are an old timer that your opinion can not be challenged, or discussed.

Would you say that is an accurate assumption. Seems that it would be based on your own comments here, along with those of some of the other, alleged, old timers.

Does being an old timer make you a better fan? Does it make you more knowledgeable? Does it allow you to allow you to be offensive to new posters who may have a different opinion than you?

Inquiring minds want to know.

If all of that is true, then as a new poster, perhaps I should just smile and go along with all of the old posters because being an old poster makes them right and all new posters wrong.

That is exactly what your comments insinuate.

I don't really rate Arrington at all myself but you are wrong about the superbowl, he did a hell of a job on Victor Cruz.

Molden was by far the worst (as he was in most games during the season) I'm so glad hes signed with another team

OK, I will go back and replay all of the defensive plays of the game. If I find out that I was wrong, I will say so. If I find out that I was right, I will not the time of the play, what quarter it was in and what actually happened.

I think that is fair. Don't you?

BTW, I will also go back to all, or most of last years games and do the same. It will take me a day, maybe two, to do so.

You're preaching to the congregation. I don't like Arrington, I think all his INT's just cover up all his bad plays. Most of them were lucky. As I said before, he did a good job on Cruz in the superbowl but I'd love to trade him (if any team were dumb enough to want him)

Your inability to grasp simple English does not require me to walk you step-by-step through what would be, essentially, a repeat of my last response. If you are unable to read the language with some basic level of comprehension, message boards probably are not for you.

Again, thank you for your informational response. Please, if you feel that I have been unable to comprehend what you are saying, perhaps you might want to try it in another language. Do you have any language preferences? French, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew are all acceptable.

Just curious: are you still maintaining you didn't say Arrington was the worst CB on the roster, when comments you made were precisely to that effect?

Dude, the guys answer that you took offense to was that your posts are no more ridiculous than the 'old posters' have been lately, meaning you took it exactly 180 degrees opposite of what it said.
Your victim mentality is making things worse.

I may have said that, but really dont recall. What I did not say verbatum, was that Molden was a better corner than Arrington. I would like to see in the context of the entire conversation exactly how or where I said that. If I did, I will say so.... in either case, whether I said it or not, Arrington, IMO,is a pitiful excuse for an NFL cornerback.

Just debating the issue and responding to comments made, using the same terminology that was said by another. I see nothing wrong with that, do you Mister Dude?

Maybe if I smiled and nodded in the affirmative with everything said, then I can be called an "old poster." Is that how it works?

2nd worst. It would take a lot to take that distinction away from Arrington.

Try harder, troll.

You are correct regarding his interceptions. The vast majority were extremely lucky, and not made out of talent. Unfortunately, most others must have had their heads turned when they happened, perhaps watching the cheerleaders instead. I have pulled up the Super Bowl replay video and will go thru it in entirety later today and pick out each play, quarter and time, where he was badly outplayed. Will do the same for regular season games too, especially replays of his interceptions. Should be very enlightening for a lot of people.

Just trying to help. Nevermind, go back to denying you said what you said, that seems to be working out well for you.

Show me where I said it, as you described it.

But, I will say this, now... Molden, IMO, is more trustworthy out there than Arrington.

Other than that, Things always work out well. At least my mother always told me that.

Its not even close, I don't like Arrington but hes much better than Molden. Molden was one of the worst players to wear a patriots jerseys on the field in the last decade.

OK, i respect your opinion. I am not suggesting that Molden was a very good player, merely that Arrington is amongst the worst. We should find out more regarding Molden when we see how he performs with his new team.

I am not going to direct you to your own words while you play dumb, even though others already have. Once again, my comment in this thread was in response to your comment WHICH I QUOTED. Look there.
However, you have now said it again, so I will repeat what I said at first.
If that is your opinion, you will have a hard time being taken seriously.
If you feel BB finds the guy who a WR played nickel ahead of is more reliable than the corner he put on the field for the most snaps this season, then you either think BB is a moron, or you just have no idea what you are talking about.

I admire your efforts and look forward to the results.

A couple of comments and questions:

Will you be doing the same for all other defensive players? Otherwise, how will we know if his performance was above average, average, or below average?

Will you strictly be looking for who made a 'bad' play, or looking for who made good plays as well? From the comments above there presumably will be a differentiation between making a good play and being lucky, correct?

When assigning blame, will it be based strictly on who was nearest to the ball? Will safety help (or lack of) over the top be considered? Will the amount of pressure (or lack of) on the opposing quarterback be considered? Will a perfect pass and perfect catch result in the same grade as a wide open receiver, since both resulted in receptions?

Again, looking forward to your findings and thanks in advance for taking the time to undergo this endeavor.

And, I am sure that you, and others, will be mesmerized by the results that will prove that I am right.

However, based on the responses I have gotten, and reading the many, many other posts in this forum by the "I am always right" crowd, I doubt anyone will acknowledge it.

The pity of it all, however, is that those that have an opposing view on an issue, and who, allegedly are long time members here, have a belief that being a long time member makes them more knowledgeable than say a newer member with far fewer posts.

How do they know whether I, or anyone else in this or any other forum isnt a present day, or past day, NFL coach, or player or team owner or executive just trying to get a feel for what the fans think?

You know, it has been done, like on TV's "Undercover Boss."

Or, maybe I am Arrington himself. Could be, right?

Why would you being attached in some way with the NFL exempt you from being called out when you make stupid claims?
