It's easy, and only takes a few moments. So you think the NFL is going to investigate this and walk away doing nothing? They would get crucified. I think they will put him on the list, simply because it has less of a down side than doing nothing. It would suck, and I hope I'm wrong.Agreed. Which is why it won't happen.
The NFLPA would go to war. You're opening pandora's box at that point.
Wow, what a concept, due process.NFL needs to make these situations cut and dry. It's a circus. Must be arrested or charged by authorities before suspensions kick in. Everyone just has to deal with it.. fans, sponsors, teammates etc. It's the only logical explanation imo
The cowardly commish will eventually sit him down.
Wow ... arrested or charge = guilt ... do tell.NFL needs to make these situations cut and dry. It's a circus. Must be arrested or charged by authorities before suspensions kick in. Everyone just has to deal with it.. fans, sponsors, teammates etc. It's the only logical explanation imo
I can’t wait for AB to showcase how the towel doesn’t cover his genitals in court.
Boy, that sure takes the spontaneity out of it.Or...get a written signature from the female stating that she agrees to the consensual sex.

I don't think one has anything to do with the other. That's just paranoia.it's another example of me too, and low and behold, another Kavanaugh story came out over the weekend, possibly to play on the AB storyline. This stuff creates clicks, page views, and sells newspapers....
We cut is different than league action. We did cut Hernandez before due process could take place. Wasn't on this board when that happened but I'm actually fine with that (with the benefit of hindsight).

I know I, and probably many here were VERY sexually active in their mid twenties.
I played in rock bands in many bars at that time of my life and had quite a few "dates" after the show..
I know it's not the same, by any stretch .
My point is that there are groupies at many levels.
Now just add fame and $.
The hatred for the Pats and AB, plus public perception are at an all time high.
Perfect time to pounce.
Hopefully he didn't do it and no women were assaulted.
If there's real evidence, he deserves what he gets.
We don't need him.

That was for MURDER.We did cut Hernandez before due process could take place. Wasn't on this board when that happened but I'm actually fine with that (with the benefit of hindsight).

As for AB it is my opinion the league has no business in civil matters.
Those who want to argue the morality of him on the roster have a case - both sides have a case.
Wow, what a concept, due process.

Why because it’s the patriots? Again this is just accusations. Hill beat his girlfriend yet they didn’t believe that he broke his son’s arm. Why didn’t the media make a big stink about that?
Social pressure, and yes it's easier since it is the much hated Pats. Why because it’s the patriots? Again this is just accusations. Hill beat his girlfriend yet they didn’t believe that he broke his son’s arm. Why didn’t the media make a big stink about that?
