Borges: Too many bad calls show Pats have lost their Way | Boston Herald

It's been a total lie the entire past twelve years.....Wrong Borges....VINDICATION AT LAST!!!

He told us...we were just too stupid to see it...thanx Ron!!! I knew you'd come through

To lose their way, they must have had if right at some point... But Borges has had a hate-boner for Belichick since day one. As usual, he's too ******* stupid to realize he's contradicting himself. Or maybe someone else wrote this and e just stole it again

never let it near water. And never feed it after midnight.

Just a shame the bright light thing doesn't work on him.

some day shaughnessy will be right.

He'll still be an absolutely clueless **** though.

Why do editors let people spew out garbage (that's doing a disservice to garbage) like that? That crap isn't even worth recycling.

Do we perpetuate the lives of these media whores by posting and commenting on their diatribes????

Borges is still upset with BB over the lies that he was told about Bledsoe... kind of like a jilted lover..

Waiting for a Tomasse piece.

Waiting waiting waiting.

no..the ones who are responsible are the ones that EMPLOY this convicted plagiarist...I believe it is the duty of every fair minded individual to bring to the light of day the scurrilous, dank dungeon wherein the Fraudges resides...

Only a masochist would read Borges's spew. I used to e-mail Borges calling him out on things and he would always respond with smart-ass comments that only pissed me off more. I'm learning not to intentionally partake of things I know are going to upset me. (For instance, I hate the Miami Heat and didn't watch game seven last night because I knew they were going to win.) Confirming for oneself over and over and over again that ****s like Borges and Shaughnessy are insincere, agenda-driven agents of hate and frustration changes nothing and leads nowhere.

Read neither article; won't click. It is predictably amusing that the same worded theme hate the Pats org articles were spewed at the same time. These tools have been waiting for years to post this vindictive crap.

Not a fan of either writer, but even a stopped clock is correct twice a day. Please point out to me where either one of them is wrong in their "Patriot Way" columns.

Borges and Shaughnessy are two peas in a pod.

I wonder why Borges and Shaughnessy didn't blame Theo Epstein, Terry Francona and John Henry/Larry Lucchino/Tom Werner for the positive steroid tests of Big Papi and Manny Ramirez. The Red Sox leadership also talked about the character of their players.

These two talented writers are so unbelievably naive. Neither Shaughnessy nor Borges has ever managed anything nor hired any group of people.

It is impossible and unrealistic to think one can influence what employees do away from the workplace. At work you can get them to work hard, meet objectives, perform as a team, or you can let them go. Off hours, they will do what they do.

If you need that pointed out you likely were born yesterday.

I still think Felger's rant yesterday was worse. He tried to tie the whole Hernandez situation into the Pats' strategy of trading down for value. Apparently, the Pats wouldn't have a player involved in a murder if they traded down.

I guess Felger doesn't realize that Ray Lewis, Rae Carruth, and OJ Simpson were all first round picks. All either murders or involved in a murder. Other turds who have or are serving significant jail time for felonies who were first round picks and not drafted because their team traded down for value include Lawrence Phillips, Plaxico Burress, Michael Vick, and Ryan Leaf. And you have Lawrence Taylor and Ben Roethlisberger who both are just lucky to not have served significant jail time.

Amazingly the Borges column was not a rip job. Borgie the Plagiarist is actually quite measured and fair in his piece. He did not say anything that isn't true. This notion that the Patriot organization somehow operates on a different/higher plane from other NFL organizations is nonsense when it comes to player character/leadership/drafting judgement.
I agree with that.
Patriots are a terrific organization. So are the Giants, the Ravens, the Broncos, the Steelers.......
It is ok to be ONE OF the terrific organizations in the NFL.
They are not organizationally unique or special.
They have a great HC and a great QB and THAT is why they've been at or near the top for so long.

Why, why, why do you torture yourself listening to Felgie?
