AFCCG... Getting there: Train vs. Driving

1. I wouldn't mind tailgating if no other reason so I can watch the NFCCG at the TG party
2. Depends on if we win or not...

As far as parking, I'll tell you my experience, although it seems everyone has their own.
I used to park in private lots, usually at the Americas Best hotel. They have a large lot behind the building, and it was pretty good in and out. Its about a mile walk, and as the weather gets colder and snowier I always considered paying more to park closer. That lot used to be 40 then 50 for the playoffs, but I think they dropped it ten bucks.
So one cold game, I parked in the stadium lot, in the Bass Proshop area. It was awful getting out.
This year, I've been parking in P10 and P11. They are right across the street and a short walk to and from the stadium. Most times it has been pretty easy out (last game was 40 minutes from getting in the car to being on Rte 1) but the difficult part is that the way they cordon off the lots within the lot with fences and barriers you never know how far you will be from the lot to the road out.
Nevertheless, p11 has been the best experience I have had overall.

I decided to drive to the game when i went earlier this year and would do it again. I thought about taking the train but it was easier for me to drive and allowed me to explore Patriot Place and the Pro Shop longer. Traffic was bad getting out and onto 1 going north, but after around an hour or so we were up to cruising speed and back to the hotel in Norwood in no time. We also parked like right in front of the Pro Shop so we weren't exactly on the outer edges of the lots. Personally, I would drive again no problem. Pack some stuff to tailgate in the lot after the game and just relax for a bit if you don't want to wait in traffic immediately following the game.

after the game, you can pass out in your car......if you pass out at the train station, you get PC'd....BTDT

I have been parking in Lot 10 for the last 3 years and have had no problems getting out. It is $40.
