Interesting move to bring back a punter...Malone was on the PSquad earlier this year..,in camp the past two years...

There must be something going on with Hanson, either health or performance related, that has BB trying to plan ahead...although another factor is the number of times he's had to replace Punters late in the season due to injury (and Pittsburgh is coming to town).

Pioli just planning ahead to next year when Hanson is a UFA.

yes...back to the first 2 weeks...both the Jets punter Hodges and Malone were on the PSquad...Hodges out gone in a few days..Malone back in...I agree something is going on. Interesting move.

Well, as a precautionary move, I can understand it.

I seem to note seeing our own punter having to, or trying to make, tackles on a regular basis these past several weeks. Although every player has a responsibility to be competent with the basics, especially tackling, seeing the kicker making the block or tackle is probably one of the last things coaches like to see.

More Gostkowski than Hansen...they did it earlier in teh year for a reason..probably SAME reason now. Just surprised it was a ST gyt instead of a positional player.
