    That was tough.

His contract is up yes? I wonder if we saw him for the last time.

I think there is a bigger chance tmw is one of the last 2-3 home playoffs games for Brady than AV hanging it up. He had a solid season that ended badly. But then again the entire team played like **** and nobody will remember it.

Who knows, it's important not to rush to judgement over 2 kicks and look at the full body of work for the season before you decide if you're moving on or not, good kickers are hard to find.

True. Though I think his poor game in Denver when the pats were eliminated in 05 helped hurry along his exit here so who knows.

I hope this isn’t it for him.

He had a bad game but his numbers this year were similar to last 2 years.

HoFer. Will never forget his clutch-when-it-was-needed early years in NE.

Dome, legend, low physical impact, and at his worst better than 75% of the kickers out there... Adam could still be playing in 5 years.

Had he made those two chipshots -- FG and XP -- Indy would've been down only 24-17 late and you have a potentially much different game. The misses were killers.

Gostkowski has ****ed up easy kicks in two Superbowls and an AFCCG. Should we calm for his retirement?

What could hold him back is the lack of distance on his kicks. Any team that has him has to carry another kicker for the kickoffs.

AV has missed multiple kicks in a superbowl and playoff games. The major difference between the two is that Gost kicks them longer and more accurately.

And lets not even mention the kickoffs that Ghost actually can do.

His kickoffs in the Atlanta SB were incredible. He kept pinning the Falcons down around the 10 late in the game.

Ghost is much younger than AV. AV needs to retire - it's ridiculous for a 46 year old man to be playing this game.

AV brought my family and myself a tremendous joy we thought we'd never experience in our lifetimes. I will always love him and his career here.

Haven't paid any attention to his career in Indy, don't really have any interest in anything that shyt stink franchise or its moronic fanbase is involved in.
