That was really pretty lame. He didn't disclose that it was 4 years old and tried to imply to the judge it was the murder weapon.

I also thought he was overselling the ammunition found in a search warrant yesterday.

Judge asked about motive, but the prosecutor doesn't really have an answer other than to repeat there was a relationship. Doesn't answer the judge's question, but instead goes back to evidence of guilt.

He ain't gonna win today, but Hernandez has a far better lawyer. The prosecutor violated pretty much the first rule of oral arguments.

If a judge asks you a question, assume it's because the judge cares about the answer and it matters to her. You should answer it.

It's been mentioned before, but I don't recall too many people, if anyone, saying that. What people were saying is that other posters shouldn't jump to conclusions until the facts are present instead of "according to sources" type reports. That's called critical thinking.
